Busi Tools is an all-in-one mobile application designed for small and medium businesses. It helps you manage invoices and clients, tasks and schedules, employees and rotas, inventory and stock, production and orders, checklists and quality control, and expenses and budgets.
Busi Tools is designed for small business owners, sole traders and freelancers, shop and retail managers, restaurant and hospitality businesses, manufacturing and production companies, service-based businesses, and anyone who needs to manage business operations on the go.
Busi Tools offers a freemium model with a Free Tier for basic access with limited features, Full Access as a one-time purchase to unlock all local features, and Cloud Plans (coming soon) as monthly subscriptions for team collaboration.
Currently, Busi Tools is available on Android via Google Play Store. Coming soon: iOS (Apple App Store) and Web dashboard.
Yes. Busi Tools is designed as an offline-first application. All core features work without an internet connection. Your data is stored locally on your device using the Hive database. Internet is only required for creating an account, cloud synchronisation (optional), and team collaboration features (coming soon).
No. You can use all local features without creating an account. An account is only required if you want to use cloud synchronisation, access team collaboration features, or sync data across multiple devices.
Open the App, tap "Sign Up", enter your email address, create a password, and verify your email. You can also sign up using your Google account.
Open the App, tap "Sign In", tap "Forgot Password", enter your email address, check your inbox for the reset link, and follow the link to create a new password.
Yes. You can sign in using your Google account for quick and secure access.
Go to Settings, tap "Account", tap "Delete Account", and confirm deletion. Note: This will delete your cloud data. Local data remains on your device until you uninstall the App or manually delete it.
Your data is stored in two places: Local Storage on your device using Hive encrypted database, and Cloud Storage on secure EU servers (only if you enable cloud sync). Sensitive data (bank details, financial records) is stored locally only and is never transmitted to our servers.
Yes. We take security seriously. Local data is stored in an encrypted database, cloud data is encrypted in transit and at rest, we use secure authentication via Supabase, cloud servers are located in the EU, and we never sell or share your data.
No. We cannot access your local data - it stays on your device. For cloud data, we have strict access controls. We only access data if required for technical support (with your permission) or legal compliance.
We never sync local data to the cloud. All your business data (invoices, clients, employees, inventory, expenses, production records, checklists) stays securely on your device. Cloud features (coming soon) will only be used for account authentication and team collaboration features, not for storing your sensitive business information.
Important: Local data is currently stored only on your device and cannot be backed up. If you uninstall the app, you will lose all your data. We strongly recommend regularly exporting important data (invoices, reports, checklists) as PDF files to preserve your records. Full backup/restore feature is coming soon to allow you to save and restore your business data.
Go to Invoice Manager, tap "Create Invoice", select or add a client, add items/services, review invoice details, tap "Generate PDF", and share or save the invoice.
Yes. You can customise your business details, invoice numbering format, tax/VAT settings, and payment terms.
Go to Employee Management, tap "Add Employee", enter employee details (name, role, contact, hourly rate), and save.
Go to Rota Management, select a week, tap on a day/time slot, select an employee and role, set shift times, repeat for other shifts, and save or export as PDF.
Yes. You can create multiple storage locations, track stock per location, transfer items between locations, and view location-specific reports.
You can export data in various formats: Invoices - PDF, Rotas - PDF, Checklists - PDF, Reports - PDF. More export options (CSV, Excel) coming soon.
Open the App, go to Settings or tap "Upgrade", select "Full Access", and complete purchase through Google Play Store.
Full Access is a one-time payment. You pay once and get lifetime access to all local features, including future updates. Cloud Plans (coming soon) will be monthly subscriptions.
All payments are processed through Google Play Store. Accepted methods include credit/debit cards, Google Pay, PayPal (where available), and gift cards and promotional codes.
Refunds are handled according to Google Play Store policy. Within 48 hours - Automatic refund available through Google Play. After 48 hours - Contact us with your reason. We reserve the right to deny refund requests for excessive use or policy abuse.
Android Version: 6.0 (API 23) or higher. Recommended: Android 10.0 or higher. Storage: At least 100 MB free space. RAM: 2 GB or more recommended.
Try closing other apps running in the background, restart the App, restart your device, ensure you have sufficient storage space, and update to the latest App version.
Restart the App. If the problem persists, restart your device. Update to the latest version from Google Play Store. If still not working, contact us with details about what you were doing when it crashed.
Local features: Data is stored on each device separately. You would need to manage data on each device independently. With cloud sync (coming soon): Your data will sync across all your devices automatically.
Try these steps: Check your internet connection, verify your email and password are correct, try "Forgot Password" to reset your password, check if your email is verified, and try signing in with Google (if you registered with Google).
Local data should persist unless you deleted the data manually, you uninstalled and reinstalled the App, or you cleared the App's data in device settings. If you had cloud sync enabled, try signing in to restore cloud data.
Check device settings - ensure notifications are enabled for Busi Tools. Check App settings - ensure reminders are turned on. Check "Do Not Disturb" mode is off. Check battery optimisation settings (some devices block background notifications).

Planned cloud features: Data synchronisation across devices, team collaboration tools, real-time task assignment, group management, and multi-user access.
No. Sensitive data (bank details, financial records) will always remain local. Only non-sensitive data will be synced to the cloud.
Yes. We comply with GDPR and UK data protection laws. You control your data, you can export and delete your data at any time, we only collect data necessary for the service, and we never sell your data.
Cloud servers are located in the European Union, ensuring compliance with EU data protection regulations.
No. We never sell, rent, or share your personal or business data with third parties for marketing purposes.
